Key Drone Sensors Deployed:

  • Image Sensor – Supports visual change detection, helping to identify debris, leaf buildup, or structural changes in the gutter system.
  • LiDAR Sensor – Detects obstructions in the gutter flow line, grade alterations, and measures the rate of change in material buildup.
  • Near-Infrared (NIR) Sensor – Computes vegetation indices like NDVI, EVI, NDWI, and SAVI to pinpoint biomass accumulation or presence of non-gutter material.

These multi-sensor drones enable comprehensive gutter condition monitoring at scale, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all properties.


Data Processing for Automatic Gutter Assessment
